Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss in umittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs neben einem Sex-Kino. Das Wohnzimmerfenster liegt zur Straße. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zum Innenhof. Nachts lief laute Musik.
