This comfortable house was built in 2022 with the highest ecological standards. The chalet comprises a cosy large living room with a luxurious kitchen and a spacious dining area. The large panoramic windows offer direct access to a large terrace and a breathtaking view of the Carnic and Julian Alps. A large garden belongs to the house. The house can accommodate up to 6 people with 2 large bedrooms (with private terrace), a sofa bed in the living room and two luxurious bathrooms.
The Eko-Chalet is located in Matschiedl ob St. Stephan in the Carinthian Gailtal. This southern sunny region of Austria enjoys warm summers and plenty of snow in winter, making it a great holiday destination all year round. It is located in the popular Nassfeld Pressegger See winter sports region, so you are only 25 minutes from the entrance to the Nassfeld ski paradise. In the immediate vicinity you will find the opportunity to go cross-country skiing, ice skating, snowshoe hiking or to relax surrounded by fantastic winter scenery.
The house is situated on the southern slope of the Tschekelnock with a view over the Gailtal, the Julian and Carnic Alps to Italy and Slovenia.

Hervorragend

Sehr schönes modernes Haus mit Ausblick über das Gailtal. Die großen Fenster und der großzügige Balkon haben uns toll gefallen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt im Haus und auch die Schlüsselübergabe/Rückgabe war problemlos.

Schwer zu toppen

Das Haus ist brandneu, mit allen erdenklichen Extras ausgestattet. Die Räume sind groß und sehr gut möbliert und - schon gar nicht selbstverständlich - sehr gut beleuchtet, einschließlich Nachttischleuchten. Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer (von der Couch aus dem Panoramafenster) bzw. Küche und natürlich erst recht von der Terrasse ist einfach nur gut. Wir hatten auch Platz, um unsere Fahrräder in einem geschlossenen Schuppen am Carport unterzustellen. Eine solche Lage kann nicht zentral sein, aber das war uns gerade recht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt. Dieses Haus können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus, noch nicht ganz fertig !

Sehr schönes Objekt, aber im Hochsommer sind im Wohnzimmer ca. 29 Grad nach erfolgter Wandertour. Da ich gerne Koche war das für mich und meine Frau zu warm. Also blieb der Herd 14 Tage aus, nur ein Frühstücksei wurde gekocht. Aber sonst haben wir einen schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht.

Ein Traum!

Es war wunderschön! Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig, die Küche und die Badezimmer sind absolut krass - hochwertig, luxuriös, macht Spaß! Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr gemütlich, auch die schlafmöglichkeit oben im Wohnzimmer sehr bequem. Das Futonbett ist tatsächlich ziemlich hart und nicht so super bequem, hat die Kinder aber nicht gestört. Es fehlt einem nichts, alles ist da. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, der Sternenhimmel atemberaubend. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und liegt super an einer sehr ruhigen Stelle im Ort, von der aus man auch super spazieren gehen kann. Alles andere ist mit dem Auto problemlos zu erreichen. Wir waren neun Tage da und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist total freundlich und für alle Fragen erreichbar, Abwicklung und Kommunikation top. Hat echt Spaß gemacht!

Tolles Haus, tolle Umgebung, absolut ruhig

Wir haben den Aufenthalt außerordentlich genossen. Das Haus ist neu, sehr geräumig und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Es fehlt nichts. Wir haben sogar einen Tag mal auf Ausflüge verzichtet, um in dem tollen Haus einfach mal nur zu entspannen. Die Umgebung bietet sehr viele Ausflugsziele, das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig. Der Vermieter antwortet prompt auf Fragen und war sehr hilfreich in allen Dingen.

Einfach tolle Gegend

Wir haben 5 Erholsame Tage in ein tolles Haus verbracht. Wer mal ruhe sucht und ein tolles Ausblick auf die Berge sich wünscht dann ist das Domizil Ihre erste Wahl. Es gibt viele Ausflugsziel die mann schnell erreichen kann. Wir haben etwas Pech mit dem Wetter aber sonst sehr zufrieden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche in dem gerade fertiggestellten Haus verbracht. Herrliches Panorama und Blick in die Berge zu allen Tageszeiten! Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und hervorragend ausgestattet. Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe mit den sehr netten Vermietern hat bestens geklappt...
