This sunny south-facing apartment with a side view of the sea features a bright, welcoming atmosphere. The stylishly furnished living room offers a new, comfortable sofa, a plush armchair with a view of the sea, and a matching bench for relaxing. The dining area, with a table and four comfortable rattan chairs, adjoins the open kitchenette, which is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave with grill function, coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of kitchen utensils. Through the separate dressing area with a large closet, you enter the cosy bedroom featuring a 1.80 m wide double bed, new firm mattresses, and a sea view. Dimmable bedside lamps provide pleasant lighting. The spacious, newly renovated bathroom features modern fixtures, a wood-look designer floor, and practical storage shelves. The allergy-friendly apartment is easily accessible by stairs or lift.
