We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage in Saugatuck! The property is clearly very well cared for, tidy, and thoughtful in its layout. It provided a wonderful, relaxing getaway, though there were just a few minor details that could use a quick tweak…The outside “toys" provided were a huge hit. We absolutely loved having the putting green, fire pit and the hot tub-they made our time outside incredibly enjoyable.The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The front screened-in porch was a fantastic space to sit and unwind we enjoyed eating out there as well. The bedrooms were well-appointed and the bathrooms were great. Overall, the place itself felt very clean, tidy, and well cared for. The kitchen was a little short on supplies, like mixing bowls and utensils and didn't quite feel "lived-in." We had the bare essentials to get by, but a few more tools, and pantry staples would elevate the experience. The other minor issue was the en-suite bedroom door wouldn't shut properly unless you physically moved the area rug out of the way. The front porch screens could use a good cleaning, too…This place is super fun, very close to town, and easy walk…we walked everywhere! If you’re looking for a cool, fun place in Saugatuck check this place out! I highly recommend it!
