It features a living room with a pull-out sofa, a new kitchenette with a breakfast bar, a ceramic cooktop (2 burners), a microwave-oven combo, a dishwasher, and a sleeping alcove with 2 single beds. There is a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. The outdoor pool is open from May 15 to September 15. Garage included (dimensions: L 5.20 m, H 1.90 m, W 2.55 m). No pets! Non-smoking apartment.

The apartment building is situated on a hill directly on the beach, offering a wonderful view of the entire Bay of Lübeck. Every day, you can watch the many sailboats and motorboats cruising the Baltic Sea here.
The Dünenmeile, with its numerous restaurants and shops, is just a few minutes’ walk away.
A washing machine and dryer are available to tenants for a fee within the residential complex. The complex also features a heated outdoor pool during the peak season (June–September).
You also have the option of storing your bicycles in the bike storage room.
