Located in the heart of the Lakes Region with close access to everything the region has to offer year round. Whether you are catching a concert, boating, hiking or skiing this condo is perfectly located.

Short walk to the lake and boat launch and local restaurants in Gilford. Just minutes to Bank of NH Pavilion, Ellacoya, Laconia, and Weirs Beach to name a few.

Our two-bedroom condo located across the hall has earned Elite status and wonderful guest reviews. We're excited to offer the same thoughtful hosting and comfortable experience in this larger three bedroom unit. For larger groups both units can be booked together. There is a common lobby and private access. Please inquire if you like assistance with booking.

Looking to bring your boat, please inquire for parking accommodations close by.

For added peace of mind the foyer area is monitored by a surveillance camera.

We are a family that has enjoyed spending time at the lake for many years, and our favorite activities include boating, skiing, and hiking. You'll often find us staying at the units when they are available, during our time off. We own two units the 3 bedroom and the 2 bedroom that are across the hall from each other. We spend our available time out on our boat and frequenting the local restaurants. The lake is our happy place. We look forward to hosting you and sharing our love for this beautiful location!
