An accessible ground floor, corner cottage, with garden and grass lawn.  It is the closest building to the Recreation Centre and the pier.  Wonderful space for afternoon strolls.

Beautiful Georgian Bay is steps from the patio and the views span two sides of the unit. A stunning view of the marina and iconic Collingwood Terminal in the distance, visible while lying in bed!

4 pools (1 indoor with waterslide) a boat house pool with salt water and 2 other outdoor heated pools. There is a shared sauna, hot tub, gym, games room, tennis, pickleball, volleyball and more!

No boat docking. No garage access or charging port, Kayak storage for a fee if available at front desk.

Guests will enjoy the community and all of the amenities Lighthouse point has to offer.
