It was mostly clean but could use a refresh with the paint on the ceilings and in other areas. Also, there was a sewing/stick pin needle sticking up in the carpet in the primary room, which tells me it was not vacuumed well before we got there. The carpets also have old spots and could use a deep cleaning. It also smelled musty when we arrived.
