Atl-005 - Residenz Atlantic

Look forward to a cosy 3-room ground-floor apartment with approximately 60 m² of living space—ideal for a relaxing holiday.

The apartment features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed as well as another bedroom with a bunk bed—perfect for families. The bright living area, with its comfortable sofa set, invites you to relax. A separate dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen (without a dishwasher) has everything you need and includes, among other things, a microwave with a baking function. The bathroom features a shower and toilet.

On the enclosed terrace, you can enjoy the fresh air and spend relaxing hours outdoors. Amenities also include a flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a private parking space (No. 005—the very first space at the front of the house).

For bicycles you bring with you, three free bike parking spaces—numbered 005 and 05 (sequential numbers 37, 38, and 39)—are available in the lockable bike garage (right door, immediately to the right).



Our Residenz Atlantic is an eight-story building with one hundred beautiful and cosy holiday apartments, some of which offer a stunning view of the lake. The beach is only about 50 m away.

Recreational amenities: Wellness area with swimming pool open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., sauna open daily from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Fridays and Saturdays until 10:00 PM, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays: Finnish sauna up to 80°—on other days up to 70°), table tennis room (rackets and balls can be borrowed free of charge at the H & P reception desk). The recreational facilities are closed in February.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer available (please sign up in advance on the laundry schedule): Fees: Washing machine = 3 x 1 €; Dryer = 2 x 1 €



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
