Welcome to our Apartment No. 11 in Building 1.
We hope you feel right at home here and enjoy the North Sea climate.

Now for the details of our apartment:
The 69 m² 3-room apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located on the 1st floor at the rear of the building (facing southwest).
It is laid out as follows:
1 bedroom with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and access to the terrace,
1 second bedroom with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm)
Both bedrooms were equipped with new box-spring beds for the 2025 season.
A travel cot for children, including a mattress and a safety rail, as well as a high chair, are available or can be obtained at the front desk,
large, bright living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher and microwave, coffee pod machine, shower/toilet,
large furnished balcony with its own beach chair, storage room.
The apartment is equipped with a large TV with a Fire TV Stick, a mini hi-fi system with a DVD player and USB port, and a smaller flat-screen TV in the second bedroom.
An internet connection is also available.
The parking space is located in the covered underground garage.

On nice days, the sun shines into the living room as early as the morning and, thanks to the balcony’s west-facing orientation, stays there all afternoon.

There’s always something to see in Cuxhaven and the surrounding area, such as the annual Harbour Days, the Duhner Wadden Race held every July, or a horse-drawn carriage ride through the Wadden Sea to the island of Neuwerk.
From our apartment, you can quickly reach all the interesting spots and the beach.



The Residenz Hohe Lith, with its four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).

Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.


Free Wi-Fi internet access in all holiday apartments.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
