Villa Alguers Summary

Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra:

- Guarantee 300 € (will be refunded at departure)

The Space:
Wonderful holiday home with private pool and very large, completely fenced garden.
On the covered terrace, the tenants have a wonderful barbecue place available.

Internet via wifi available. There is parking for several cars on the property.
Setting mattress for a child is possible.

All the rooms are on the ground floor: There is a large living-dining room (with air conditioning), fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher),
2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning).

Guest Access:
Somebody will meet the guest.

The Neighborhood:
The house is in a rural residential area. It is the last house at the end of the village.

Getting Around:
The house is located in a nice edge of the village of Alfaz del Pi.

The sandy beach is about 3 km, restaurants about 500 m and supermarket about 2 km.

Other Things to Note:
Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).

Arrival and departure should be on Saturday (other days on request).
