The 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor and the ground floor, connected by an internal wooden staircase, and offers ample space for up to 4 people.

The apartment was completely modernised in 2021. It features high-quality custom woodwork and state-of-the-art technology, such as a digital keyless entry system, free Wi-Fi, and an air purifier.

The living-dining room features a large dining table. The harmonious atmosphere is complemented by a comfortable, fold-out sleeper sofa for two adults and a flat-screen SMART TV.

The large, fully covered balcony, accessible from the living-dining area, offers sweeping views of the meadows on the southern edge of town as well as the Werdenfels and Tyrolean mountains.

The separate bedroom, which also opens onto the balcony and is furnished with a double bed and another flat-screen SMART TV, is the ideal retreat with a cosy atmosphere.

The new, fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor—featuring a small bar that doubles as an additional dining area, a fridge-freezer, a 4-burner induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a Senseo Switch coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle—leaves nothing to be desired.

The modern shower room on the upper floor, featuring a handcrafted natural stone sink and a hair dryer, ensures you can start your morning off right and end your day feeling refreshed.

An additional bathroom is located in the entryway on the ground floor.

PLEASE NOTE: If children aged 0 to 12 are travelling with you, the automatic price calculation will be incorrect! If there are children under 12, do not include them in the number of guests. Children ages 0–5 stay with us for free; children ages 6–12 cost €7.50 per night. Please send the children’s ages to the host in a message upon arrival. The price will then be calculated manually.

Cash Deposit:
Please have a cash deposit of €200 ready upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within 48 hours after departure, provided the rental property is returned in good condition.

Visitor’s tax/guest card:
€3 per person per day; children ages 6 to 15, €1; children under 6 are exempt. The visitor’s tax must be paid in cash upon arrival.
