Welcome to Granby! This studio is great for visitors looking for a minimalist stay. With two queen beds and a small coffee station, this unit is great for guests who are planning to be out and about or who need extra space.

*This unit is connected to a lofted condo, with it's own entrance, a full kitchen and two queen beds in its loft (up to 10 ppl when booked together). The units can be booked separately or together. This is an older property with a classic mountain condo feel, but it’s clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a convenient basecamp in Grand County. *There is no A/C in this unit*. Fortunately, we get a good breeze so you can open the door and window to help cool down. The building has elevator access, though stairs are required to reach the loft area. Linens, towels, toiletries, and other essentials are provided.

Granby is known for its year-round outdoor recreation, and this location puts you close to some of the area’s best activities. Just minutes away is Granby Ranch, a popular local resort offering skiing and snowboarding in the winter along with hiking, mountain biking, and lift served trails in the summer. The resort is also home to Granby Ranch Golf Course, a scenic mountain course known for its amazing views and relaxed atmosphere. Other courses are within a few miles as well.

Beyond Granby Ranch, you’ll find easy access to hiking trails, fishing spots, and the lakes of Grand County. Lake Granby and Grand Lake are just a short drive away for boating, paddleboarding, fishing and lakeside relaxation; while Rocky Mountain National Park offers endless opportunities for wildlife viewing, hiking, and unforgettable alpine scenery. Winter Park is about 15-20 minutes away. If you you're looking for things to do in the area, don't hesitate to reach out!
