Sound side cute, clean & comfortable first floor condo, the door opens to the shared pool, and the complex has easy access to a delightful beach, only a 3-minute walk away, right across the street via a public access. Includes a pool, outdoor grills, and free parking. Walking distance to a couple restaurants/shops and close to all Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle, Morehead City, and Beaufort have to offer. Come enjoy your stay at the Southern Outer Banks!

Well-appointed kitchen and a full bath. Very comfortable queen-size bed, that elevates and lowers for your sleeping comfort. The cozy couch also has double recliners for a relaxing evening catching up on the news or your favorite TV shows.

You can relax with high-speed internet, cable TV, along with an easy beach life. Great place to stay for that quiet vacation getaway to the coast!

You'll have full private access to the entire studio condo, along with shared community amenities, such as the pool, the yards, the walk-to beach, gazebo, picnic tables, deck, and a great community on the island!

This home is in Eastern North Carolina, near the water. While we have regular pest control visits, you may still encounter a bug or two. The home is professionally cleaned between every guest and bugs just sometimes appear in this region.

Our Kayak ramp is free.

All of the boat parking and dock spaces are reserved. There are no available boat spaces at this time. If you wish to bring a boat, please contact me. I live locally and can allow you to park your boat at my place, space permitting.

This rental is for the whole unit, so we will not be on-site. We do have a place in Morehead City, but we travel a lot, so we may or may not be around during your stay. If we're not around, we also have friends in the area who are able to help out.
