The home features a queen bedroom on the main level, queen bedroom on the lower level and an upstairs bedroom with four twin beds, plus one full bathroom and one 3/4 bath for convenience.

Close to hiking in the White Mountain National Forest, kayaking on the Pemigewasset River, and local dining and shops, this home is a great base for year-round exploring.
