The grounds and the house were excellent for our group of 5-7. The grounds outside gave you park like setting. The pool was welcomed after a day of scalloping. I have never stayed somewhere so well stocked. A welcome basket with snacks and waters. First aid kits throughout along with fire extinguisher and escape ladders for the upstairs rooms. Hopefully never need to be used but there was definitely thought put into the safety side of things. The kitchen was very well equipped to handle making multiple meals for our group. They had plenty of accessories for the pool floats, games and baby gate if need be. So much outdoor seating. There was a cooler there with brand new swim goggles and other things if needed. Didn't take advantage of the dock or fishing poles. The arcade game upstairs was a hit. As were the board and card games which made friday night a family night. All the guest said the beds were very comfortable. There is plenty of space indoors to spread out also if you wanted a break. The host reached out a few times during our stay to ask if anything was needed and to let us know of events going on in town if we were looking for something to do. The area was very quiet. If you were to bring a boat the clearance from water to bottom of the bridge may be an issue for some during hightide especially if you have a t-top. We look forward to next year and staying again.
