Terraced house "Brasil", 2 storeys, built in 2017. Outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre of Llafranc, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. For shared use: natural state property, natural garden, swimming pool (6 x 14 m, depth 30 - 165 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, tennis. Stepped path to the house. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Grocery 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Begur plaça Forgas" 4 km, railway station "Flaça" 30 km, sandy beach "Playa de Llafranc" 1 km. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Tolles Ferienhaus, vollständig eingerichtet
Das Haus ist vollständig ausgestattet, inklusive Nespresso- und Filterkaffeemaschine. Alles ist vorhanden, die Pool-, Garten- und Tennisanlage gut gepflegt, groß und lädt zum Verweilen ein.
