This mid rise two-bedroom home enjoys a prime oceanblock location in Ocean City and is the perfect place to spend a fun-filled vacation with friends and family! You'll love kicking back in the living room to watch a good ballgame or your favorite movies and shows on the large flatscreen TV after a long, leisurely walk along the lapping shoreline. The central AC will keep everything nice and cool during those hot summer afternoons, and you can savor your first cup of coffee while taking in the salty sea air out on the private balcony.

EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental.



Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The place photographed better than it looked upon arrival. Inside the room there was a damp cigarette smell. The beds were very uncomfortable, the bathroom fixtures were rusted and mildewed. The toilets were very low to the ground. Would not recommend. We left a day early. This place was not worth the price.
