Beach livin' at its finest can be found at this beachfront condo that is part of The Capri! The Capri is an oceanfront high-rise building located in Ocean City, Maryland; facing north and south. This coastal gem boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, a private balcony with views of the ocean and the beach, access to a shared pool and endless resort amenities, free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and so much more!

PARKING: ONE parking space available. (Space 141). After checking in, proceed to the Capri to pay the building
registration fee. There is a $75 per week, non-refundable building registration fee due at The Capri. This payment is
separate from your Vacasa reservation and will be due upon check-in (in the office located on the second floor during
regular hours of operation and at the security desk after hours). If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 per
day or $55 per week for each space. Parking permits must be displayed at all times. Only park in this assigned space.
Do not park in any other assigned space at the risk of being towed at your own expense.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
