THINGS TO KNOW The fifth bedroom single beds are child-size twin beds. Sea Colony amenity passes are available to purchase for access to Sea Colony amenities Weekly Guest Badge Fees (Per person/per week, ages 4+): 09/23/23- 05/03/24 - $15 05/04/24- 06/7/24 - $25 06/8/24- 09/13/24 - $55 09/14/24- 09/20/24 - $25 09/21/24- 03/31/25 - $15 *Fees are subject to change without notice. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
