Pure bliss awaits inside the cozy, open-concept living area featuring elegant furnishings, a dedicated workspace, high ceilings, and an inviting blue color palette. Not to mention the expansive windows and doors welcoming in plenty of natural light and the warm breeze. Snuggle up to stream your favorite movies or play board games and table tennis, then gather in the well-equipped, stylish kitchen to whip up a delicious meal. The stainless steel appliances and butcher block island are destined to make any home chef smile. The home and property exactly as listed. Entire inside of home was clean and bright. Would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but the only one thing was that the outdoor bottom patio furniture was not clean. Sand was everywhere on the lounge chairs and outdoor small table and chairs on top patio needed a bit of mending and paint. But other than that, THE HOME WAS PERFECT! We would go back in a minute!

The house could have been cleaner. Mainly the want to of the house the back deck area is just so dirty and covered in spiderwebs and other bugs that you really didn’t even want to be out there. All of the windows and door areas are so dirty you don’t even want to open them. The first floor bathroom. The shower door is missing on the one side and a very cheap curtain was put up. All of the bedding is very hotel like feels super cheap not very comfortable. If you’re older than probably 10 years old, all the beds on the lower floor, you can’t even use because they’re way too soft. There is a split unit on each floor, but the air coming out of them smells musty like they are very dirty. The water area is nice not really much of a beach area there which is fine cause a deck is right there and it is private, which is nice. There are houses close by you, but you don’t feel like you’re being watched or anything.

The view was great! But there was black mold in the A/C units and windows; Very strong mold/ musty odor especially in lower bedroom do had to sleep on living room couch; no batteries in remote for Living room TV and one bedroom tv was unusable; lower shower drain backed up and flooded bathroom and stairs and lower deck were rotted/broken. Compensation offered was to reimburse the cleaning fee. Buyer beware!
