Beautiful 4-room holiday home in a stunning natural setting with 3 separate sleeping areas, a bathroom, and a large kitchen-living room for up to 6 guests.

Ground floor:
Bedroom 1 with 2 single beds, Bedroom 2 with 1 single bed, plus the option to add a guest bed and 1 sturdy cot. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Cosy living and dining area with an open kitchen and a magnificent view of the garden and the surrounding countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a 4-burner stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a kettle, and a coffee maker. Dining table for 6 people and a sofa area with TV.
From the living room, guests have direct access to the patio and the adjoining garden, which offers plenty of opportunities for play and relaxation. The patio is partially covered and features a seating area and a private grill.

Upstairs:
Spacious and bright sleeping loft with a double bed, wardrobe, reading and relaxation corner, and children’s play area.

The unobstructed view from the living room out into the greenery is uniquely beautiful.

The holiday home has a floor area of 64 square metres, plus the living and sleeping loft on the upper level.

On the property: terrace, patio furniture, lounge chairs, playground with a trampoline, football goals, ping-pong table, 2 swings, sandpit, and outdoor games.

Pets: 1 dog allowed

The farm in the tranquil village of Schmadebeck, just 12 km from Kühlungsborn, offers a wonderful place to relax, experience nature, unwind, let your mind wander, and let the kids be kids and play. The three holiday homes are comfortable and individually furnished, offering unobstructed panoramic views of the garden and surrounding countryside. From the terrace, adults can watch the little ones play and be happy or simply enjoy the view of the beautiful surroundings. Each holiday home has its own sun terrace with a grill and lounge chairs; guests are welcome to share the garden and playground.



Heat and hot water in the holiday homes are generated ecologically using renewable energy.

This traditional farm has been in the family for 10 generations but is no longer actively farmed. Upon request, riding lessons can be arranged at a nearby farm. The peaceful rural setting is very popular with guests of all ages.

For families: The holiday farm offers plenty of great play options for children. Football goals, a trampoline, a swing, a sandpit, a ping-pong table, and outdoor games. The apartments are fully furnished and equipped with family-friendly amenities. Everything has been thought of, from high chairs to cots, stair gates, and a play area.

Pets: Only one dog is permitted, exclusively in the Ulrike house.
