Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 2 TVs, DVD, Wifi. Guests of Sea Colony can enjoy access to a private guarded beach, ten outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a championship tennis center, a fitness center, basketball court, boardwalk, tax-free shopping, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, two public/private golf courses nearby, a movie theater, and fun activities like fishing, kayaking, and surfing.

Sea Colony is great with all of the amenities offered but this specific unit was misrepresented. The views are great with balcony but BEWARE of the issues inside with cleanliness and mold. You can tell from the pictures the unit is dated but there were multiple issues. -The 3-4 blankets were very dirty with different stains on them and were not clean. -1/2 bathroom had a leak under the sink with a bucket to catch water and it was 1/2 full. There was water and a lot of mold under the sink on the floor of the cabinet. You could not empty the bucket without spilling it. We stopped using the sink and reported it Vuestay. -bedroom window was full of old spider webs and there was a lot dust in the unit that has been there for a while. -ceiling tiles were off in the kitchen exposing the hvac, wires and insulation that I can now see in the VRBO listing pictures. —drop ceiling in the full bathroom looked like it could fall at any minute. Vuestay provided new blankets and a mini-frig because of the issues reported.
