Welcome to the 3-room holiday apartment No. 185!

Renovated in 2025, this apartment features a large southeast-facing balcony and boasts a prime location right on the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday by the sea—parking space included.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a well-maintained holiday complex and has a living area of 50 m², divided among a total of three rooms. The first bedroom has two single beds (2x 90 cm x 190 cm) that cannot be pushed together. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (2x 90 cm x 180 cm). Each bedroom has a small window that opens. The new shower room is located inside the apartment.
The light-filled living room features a high-quality and comfortable sleeper sofa (pull-out, 140 cm x 200 cm), an armchair, and a spacious dining area. The open and modern kitchen, equipped with an oven, stove, and dishwasher, is seamlessly integrated into the living space and is fully equipped to allow you to prepare your own meals while on holiday
A special highlight is the covered terrace with an awning, where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean view. Garden furniture is provided so you can spend relaxing hours outdoors.

Depending on the season, you can walk to buy your breakfast rolls. You’ll find a variety of supermarkets and restaurants in Neustadt, about 4 km away.
Hansa-Park, the Panoramic swimming pool, and a bowling alley are just a few minutes’ walk away. There’s also a surf shop and a bike rental service right nearby. A beach bar on the beach invites you to relax.

Pets are not allowed in the holiday rental.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—which is especially convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

Various recreational activities around the holiday park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort located between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
