Welcome to the 3-room holiday apartment No. 205, where the whole family can enjoy the ocean view from the 2nd floor. The large southeast-facing balcony overlooks the Baltic Sea over the first row of terrace houses and is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The approximately 50-square-meter apartment is suitable for 4 people. The first bedroom has two single beds (each 90 x 190 cm), which cannot be pushed together. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (80 x 190 cm). There is no room for a cot in the bedrooms. The combined living and dining area opens onto the balcony. The small kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and oven, is open to the dining area via a serving hatch. The interior shower room has been modernised. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Parking space included.<br><br>The holiday rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay. <br><br>Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay. <br><br>All of our properties are non-smoking.<br><br>A laundry room is located in the complex and can be used for a fee.<br><br>From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. Use of the balconies is generally permitted even during the breeding season.<br><br><br>Attachment:<br><br> The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers excellent conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.<br><br>A variety of recreational activities around the holiday park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The well-known Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein. <br><br>Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.<br><br>From around April through September, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies.
