Das Ferienhaus ist eine Doppelhaushälfte und modern eingerichtet. Das Grundstück befindet sich am Ortsrand. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück in das Tal und der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur alleinigen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Liegewiese, Sonnenschirm, Sonnenliege, Gartendusche, Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse, Pavillon und Gartenmöbel.
