There is a possibility to park your car safely inside the enclosure of the structure.
Pets are allowed (maximum one small-sized pet; on request, a supplement of € 10 per day to be paid on arrival in cash).

The accommodation is very close to the supermarket 100 m, 200 m from the Umag promenade and the sea, while the distance from the beach is 900 m, 450 m from the gas station, 10 m from the restaurant, and 900 m from the center of Umag. It is located in a privileged position, within a few minutes walking distance to the beach and the city center.
Ideal for those who love intimacy, comfort, enjoy summer evenings outdoors, and would like to spend days of rest in the large equipped garden.
It is located in an area that has been in great demand by tourists. The beach is 900 m but easily reachable on foot or by the tourist train (stop 150 m from the house).
