The location was great. You can walk into town and grab a coffee at the Bakery, easily grab a lobster roll at Red's for lunch, scroll across the bridge to take in the views, or walk down the street to Water St Bar & Restaurant - make sure to leave room for dessert. The cottage is just right for 2 people. Comfy bed with extra pillows & blankets. Nice bathroom w/a roomy shower with great water pressure. Kitchen has almost everything you need, but you may want to bring a large pot to cook your lobsters along with lobster crackers/picks/forks. 2 minor issues: The kitchen sink was very slow to drain - had to plunge it and then it worked better, but don't run the water too hard. Had a few black ants walking around and 2 spiders under the table in the kitchen and under the bathroom sink. Please note that the upper deck area is not included with the cottage. But does have a cute patio area to use. All in all, we would stay there again.
