To complete the outdoor area, there are also 4 sun loungers, garden furniture and an outdoor solar shower. The house is divided into 2 floors. On the upper main floor there is a nice and bright living-dining room with a wood-burning fireplace and air conditioning, a small toilet and on this same floor there is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, microwave, etc. From the living room and also from the kitchen there is direct access to a lovely outside terrace with views to the pool and the mountains of the Marina Alta region, ideal for romantic dinners or a sunny breakfast. An internal staircase (with child safety locks) leads to the ground floor where there are three bedrooms. All three have air conditioning hot/cold and two bathrooms. There is space for 1 car on the property, plus of course plenty of off road parking right next to the house.

We would like to inform you that all reservations do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service for bed linen and towels for only 20 € / person. We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 10 € extra.
A deposit of 200 € by cash/card must be paid as well.
If you bring your little dog you should know that there is an extra cleaning fee of 50 €.
