EV Charger Townhome, Walk to Zoo Atlanta

Your morning starts with a 9-minute walk to Zoo Atlanta and Grant Park, and Mellow Mushroom is only 3 minutes from the front door when lunch comes around.

This townhome sits in Chosewood Park, close to everything in the city: Georgia State Station is a 7-minute drive, Garnett and King Memorial stations are 8 minutes out, and Hartsfield-Jackson Airport is 19 minutes by car. Cinco De Mayo is an 8-minute walk, and Buteco, Patria Cocina and BAKERDUDE are 16 minutes on foot.

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms mean everyone has a door that closes and a bathroom of their own. The kitchen island is where plans are made over coffee from the coffee maker, with a dishwasher, oven and a dining table for dinner in. A desk and desk chair give you a quiet corner to work, and smart TVs are ready for the evening.

Arriving is simple: garage parking with an electric vehicle charger, the balcony for fresh air, washer and dryer, towels and linens, and room for up to two dogs under 50 lb.

Please note that, due to community parking restrictions, each reservation is limited to a maximum of 3 cars.

For the safety of our guests and our property, we use a standard guest verification and damage waiver program. After booking, you will receive a link from our 3rd party provider Truvi to verify your identity and electronically sign our rental agreement. This is a standard requirement for all reservations and takes just a minute.

Please note that your reservation is pending until the above mentioned items are completed. Failure to complete the verification may result in the reservation being canceled per our house rules.

For longer stays (30+ days), we may require a background check and signed Lease Agreement.

Our home is professionally cleaned, well-maintained, and receives regular preventative pest control. However, due to Georgia’s climate—especially during the warm and humid summer months—an occasional outdoor bug may still find its way inside. The occasional presence of a common outdoor insect does not indicate an infestation or cleanliness issue and, by itself, is not grounds for a refund or cancellation.
