You’ll be staying in a modern 2-room apartment for up to 4 people, approximately 45 m², on the 2nd floor. The living/bedroom opens onto the south-facing balcony and is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, 3D Blu-ray player, and a separate dining area in the bay window. The fully equipped kitchen area, featuring a microwave, dishwasher, and oven, offers plenty of space for home cooks. The separate bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, and access to the east-facing balcony. The bathroom, featuring a shower/toilet (rain shower) and a heated towel rack, is accessible from the hallway. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The parking space is located in the underground garage (width 2.50 m).



The Residenz Steinmarne is a holiday apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. It is located right next to the beach, behind the dike and dunes, on a traffic-calmed street. The complex features 34 holiday apartments for 1–6 people, each with a fully glazed bay window. An lift is available only in Building 1, which houses apartments numbered 1.01–1.16. The apartments in Buildings 2 and 3 are located on the second floor at most.
Recreational activities: Children’s playground; swimming and sauna facilities at the nearby Thalasso Centre “ahoi!” in Duhnen.
