Welcome to Collier Cove
There's a particular kind of trip Saint Augustine is built for. The one where the kids run themselves tired by lunch, the adults find a quiet moment with coffee on the patio, and dinner stretches long because nobody wants to leave the table. Collier Cove is the home we built for those trips.
Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath coastal retreat sits in a quiet residential pocket of Saint Augustine, just minutes from everything that makes this town one of Florida's best: the Old City's cobblestone streets and centuries-old fort, the Atlantic beaches, the seafood spots, the ghost tours, the lighthouse. You're 8 minutes from downtown, 15 from the beach, and a 5-minute walk from the Solomon Calhoun Community Center, where the kids can swim or run off energy on the sports fields before you head out for the day.
Where everyone has their place T he home sleeps 8 across three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The primary suite has a king bed for the parents or the couple booking the trip. The two secondary bedrooms each have a queen, perfect for kids who want their own space, grandparents joining for a multigenerational trip, or two couples splitting the home. Two full baths keep the morning routine from becoming a traffic jam. The kitchen is fully equipped, with every pot, pan, knife, and dish you'd want. There's a K-cup machine for the quick coffee drinker and a drip coffee maker for the slow Sunday morning. Washer and dryer in the home so you don't bring sand and salt water back into the car at the end of the trip.
The game room is what your kids will remember
Off the main living space is a game room with a ping pong table and an arcade, the kind of room that earns you the "best vacation ever" review without doing much else. We've stocked it with games for adults too, because rainy afternoons are real, and so are competitive parents.
Outside is where the trip slows down T he back patio is the heart of Collier Cove. There's an outdoor dining set under string lights, a BBQ for grilling whatever you picked up at the Publix down the road, a cornhole setup for the cousins, and a fire pit for the part of the night when the kids are tucked in and the adults are still talking. It's the kind of backyard that makes you stay an extra night. Out front, a small paver patio with four chairs is the unofficial morning coffee spot. Quiet street, warm light, slow start.
Saint Augustine, two ways
What makes this property work is the dual draw. Some mornings you'll want history. Drive 8 to 10 minutes into the Old City, walk St. George Street, tour the Castillo de San Marcos, and find lunch at a café tucked down a side street. Other mornings you'll want the beach. Fifteen minutes to the sand at Anastasia State Park or St. Augustine Beach, towels in the trunk, no agenda. The whole point of staying here is that you don't have to choose. You can do both in the same day, and most of our guests do. Dinner in the Old City. Sunset at the lighthouse. Ghost tour at 9. Back to the fire pit by 10. That's a Collier Cove day.
Built for families, open to everyone
We designed this home with families in mind: the pack-n-play, the toys, the kid-friendly setup, the safe quiet street, the walkable community center. But it works just as well for friend groups splitting a weekend, two couples on a getaway, or a multigenerational trip with grandparents in tow. Sleeps 8, parks 2 in the driveway, and there's room for everyone to find their spot.
A note from the host
Collier Cove is owner-operated, which means when you message us, you're talking to the people who actually own and care about this home, not a property manager or a call center. We respond fast, we keep the home stocked and clean, and we want you to have the kind of trip you talk about for years.
Saint Augustine has been welcoming travelers for over 450 years. Come see why.

About the host
Hosted by Aviva & Brian
Hi, we're Aviva and Brian, the owners of Collier Cove. We're not full-time St. Augustine locals, but we fell hard for this town's mix of history, beaches, and easy Florida living, and Collier Cove is our way of sharing it.
I come from a photography background, so I'm a little obsessed with the details. The light in a room, how a space feels when you walk in, whether everything just works. That same eye went into this home. We sweat the small stuff so you don't have to think about it.
What we love most about hosting is hearing how families actually used the place. The kids who wouldn't leave the game room, the couple who caught the sunset from the fire pit, the group that came for a getaway and stayed for the beach. We're quick to answer, easy to reach, and genuinely happy to point you toward our favorite spots in town.
Come relax, play, and explore. We'll take care of the rest.
Why they chose this property
We chose this pocket of St. Augustine for one simple reason: it puts you in the middle of everything without putting you in the middle of the noise. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, the kind of street where you can actually hear the evening settle in, but you're only minutes from the good stuff in every direction.
Head one way and you're downtown in about eight minutes, wandering St. George Street, the Castillo, and the oldest part of the city. Head the other and you're at St. Augustine Beach or Anastasia State Park in around fifteen. Publix, coffee, and gas are all a five to seven minute drive, so stocking up is painless. There's even the Solomon Calhoun Community Center, with pools, courts, and ball fields, a short walk from the front door, which the kids tend to love.
That balance is what sold us. You get the calm of a real neighborhood at night and the history and beaches of St. Augustine on tap during the day.
What makes this property unique
Collier Cove was built in 2019 and designed in a clean, coastal modern style, so it feels fresh and bright the moment you walk in. It sleeps eight across three bedrooms, with a king master suite and two queen rooms, so families and groups get real space instead of an air mattress in the living room.
The part guests remember most is the game room. Ping pong, an arcade unit, and cornhole mean there's always something to do when you're not at the beach or downtown. Out back, a paver patio, a grill, and a fire pit strung with lights make the evenings easy. Roast marshmallows, pour a glass of wine, let the kids run.
Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, not just reheating, and the whole home is set up to work the way you actually vacation. We stock the thoughtful extras, keep it spotless between stays, and answer fast when you need us. It's owner cared for, not run by a faceless company, and we think you'll feel the difference.
