Your holiday begins the moment you arrive. There are no additional charges for bed linens and towels; beds are made upon arrival. We offer extra-long beds (220x180) and standard-height beds with high-quality 7-zone slatted frames and mattresses. Comfortable 55 m² holiday apartment for 1–2 people on the ground floor with a 12 m² terrace, garden, south-facing location, close to the centre.

The apartment is located in the heart of Zingst; the beach access point 17 and the harbour are only about a 600-meter walk away, the town centre is about 500 metres away, and the spa centre is only about 300 metres away. The holiday rental features a bedroom with a double bed at a comfortable height and extra-long (220x180 cm), as well as high-quality 7-zone slatted frames and cold-foam mattresses for superior sleeping comfort—not only, but especially, for people taller than 190 cm. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, a large sink with storage and a mirror panel, as well as a toilet and bidet at a comfortable height. The spacious living area incorporates a fully equipped open-concept kitchen with a 98-high worktop and an adjoining dining area. When the weather permits, the living area is bathed in sunlight from breakfast until late afternoon. The living room is equipped with DSL Wi-Fi internet access, a phone line for incoming calls, a hi-fi system with FM and DAB+ radio, CD and DVD players, and a 42-inch LED Smart SAT HD TV. An additional 32-inch HD LCD TV is located in the bedroom. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures a comfortable living environment. All apartment doors are 210 cm high. Garden furniture is available on the terrace. Insect screens in all rooms, as well as a parking space, are, of course, standard. You can store your bicycles in the apartment’s own lockable shed.

The final cleaning fee for our apartment includes a service package consisting of bed linens already made up upon your arrival, starter sets of towels, and various consumables (currently costing approximately €68).
