The location was great and kayaks were available for me to use. Jim mentioned that there was a lot of road construction going on that was a little tricky and totally out of the normal. He reached out ahead of time to provide all the details and responded quickly to my questions.

The host was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. The only surprise I encountered was the cabin is occupied so owners clothing, food and other household items are onsite. This wasn’t a big deal for me as I spent very little time inside. But did worry about disturbing & moving things.Loved the fireplaces, gardens and dock! The neighbor to the south was a jerk but avoided him after my initial encounter. I stayed 4nights- Twin Pines staff were helpful and good company! Will definitely visit again

Very nice cabin, it feels like we are kids again. The type of cabin we grew up with. Plenty of amenities and right on the lake. Five star host!!!

Jim was so easy to communicate with and made sure before our trip that we had what we needed and any questions we had. The place was so clean and felt like home. We used the outdoor fire but but got chilly one night so enjoyed the indoor fireplace! Cute place for a nice weekend getaway
