My stay was simply amazing! Lucie and Bill were such great, friendly hosts. The property itself was beautiful, you can see the river from your room. The room was spacious and cozy. The bed was comfortable and the amentites were great. especially the hot tub!We will definitely be back!

The property was beautiful and located right next to the river, with opportunities for kayaking and fishing or sitting and relaxing. Enjoyed morning coffee outside. The room was very comfortable, and there was a sitting room to share as well as a clean, comfortable bathroom. The host was super friendly and welcoming, and sharing the common spaces was not an issue at all. Don’t pass this place up because of shared space, you’ll hardly notice. There is also so much to do in the area, including Lake Champlain, and Montreal is only about an hour away. Beautiful location, wonderful host, and a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful getaway! I had such a great time at this beautiful tucked away cabin by the water. Lots of land for my two little pugs to run around and explore. The owners of this property are very friendly and always messaged back right away if I needed something. Fresh coffee beans and creamer in the fridge to make yourself a fresh cup in the morning. I loved the room and the little hammock swing in the room was perfect for reading. They have kayaks and paddle boarding. I even enjoyed the hot tub and sitting by the fire with them. They are very nice and great company! Shower and bathroom was wonderful. Everything was kept up and clean. Waking up in the morning next to the water is just beautiful! They even let me stay 4 more nights in their camper because it was open. The camper was just as nice and right by the water with beautiful views. If you want a place to get away this is definitely it. Thank you so much Lucie and Bill!

The cabin was amazing. So adorable and great location right on the water! Great fishing in the river right out front and close to a public boat launch for even more great fishing! Easy to launch kayaks, which was the purpose of the trip! Close to Lake Champlain for more water activities! Lucie and Bill were great hosts and were around for anything that was needed. There is a shared bathroom, shower but it never felt inconvenient and was always available when needed. I highly suggest the outside shower though! It was amazing! The coffee maker grinds the beans and then makes the coffee, which they provide for you, so a fresh cup of coffee was a nice start to the day! The hot tub was nice and relaxing after a long day of kayaking and fishing. We didn’t use the sauna as it was in the high 80’s while we were there but it’s a great addition! Thanks for a great stay!

The cabin feels like home. They provided us with plates, utensils, cups, coffee, creamer, and water. Each cabin has it's own AC and heater for those hot summer days or cold days. There isn't a kitchen, but there is a grill, microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge. The property is very serene and overall just enjoyable. For the night time and rainy days make sure you have a good bug spray for the mosquitoes. If you enjoy some thrills the ausable chasm is close by the property, it is a great experience. The hosts are very sweet and accommodating. I would definitely come back.
