Small, modern, luxurious villa "Vasca", built in 2022, surrounded by trees and meadows. 2 km from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, 8 km from the centre of Imperia Porto Maurizio, in a secluded, sunny position, 2 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 500 m2, terraced garden with flowers and trees, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bakery 2 km, café 2 km, bicycle rental 2 km, bus stop 850 m, sandy beach 2 km. Cycle lane 2 km. Please note: car recommended. The house was built in an old water tank with a diameter of 7.5m. The shape and character of the tub with round walls and concrete floors have been retained.

Special place in excellent region

This exceptional place is run by a very kind and helpful landlord. Hidden in a valley with a pool for cooling on warn days. The pictures take do truly represent the object. The object is equipped with everything needed for a carefree holiday. Hopefully smaller cosmetic repairs are carried out. We truly can recommend this place.

Das sehr originell gebaute und schöne Ferienhaus, in unberührter Natur gelegen, hat uns und unserem Labrador sehr gut gefallen. Durch das vollständig umzäunte Grundstück war es für uns dadurch perfekt und für alle entspannt . Sowohl der Check-in wie der Check-out waren völlig unkompliziert. Eine genaue Standortbeschreibung sowie interessante Ausflugstips und Restaurantempfehlungen haben wir auch gleich per whats App Kontakt erhalten. Danke an Pascal für die schöne Zeit - gerne wieder

Villa Vasca / San Lorenzo al Mare

Unser Aufenthalt Anfangs Oktober 2025 war wunderbar!! Das Haus und der Garten waren top. Da gabs nichts auszusetzen. Alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen :)) Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch seine Tips bezüglich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren super!! Eingekauft haben wir bei "Super Anna", kleiner Laden mit feinen regionalen Spezialitäten (wunderbares Olivenöl, yammiiiii!!) Wir kommen wieder :))))))

Außergewöhnlich erholsame Urlaubstage

Dieses originell aus einem alten runden Wasserspeicher erstellte Haus hat ALLES, was man für einen sehr komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Naturliebhaber kommen ebenfalls auf ihre Kosten, Mountainbiker ‍♂️ definitiv. Der nahe Strand und sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten machen den Gast autark, Restaurantempfehlungen seitens des Gastgebers waren jedoch auch zahlreich vorhanden. Wir sind hellauf begeistert und können uns eine Wiederholung sehr gut vorstellen ☀️☀️☀️

Wunderschöne Auszeit

Das Objekt liegt versteckt im Grünen zwischen Olivenhainen. Ein wahrer Traum zum Entspannen. Das Haus ist klein aber fein. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Meravigliosa vacanza in una posizione tranquilla a breve distanza in macchina dal mare

In una zona molto tranquilla ma solo 5 minuti del centro di Sal Lorenzo al Mare. Aveva tutto che avevamo bisogno. Piscina per rilassare. BBQ per cucinare. Buona cucina. Lavanderia. Tutto in una casa molto molto unica! Proprietario molto simpatico! Ritorneremo!

Wohlfühloase

Villa Vasca, architektonisch ein Augenschmaus, ist mitten in der Natur und herrlich umgeben von Oliven- und Eukalyptusbäumen. Die Unterkunft ist mit einem Zaun oder hohen Mauer komplett umzäunt, was super ist wenn man mit einem erkundungsfreudigen Vierbeiner dort ist - Entspannung pur für alle. Der herzliche Gastgeber ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Abgesehen von Ausflügen in den Supermarkt haben wir die ganze Zeit in dieser herrlichen Oase verbracht, da wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben.

Schönes Ferienhaus, etwas abgelegen aber dennoch nahe zu San Lorenzo und dem Meer. Ein Auto ist hier fast Pflicht. Das Ferienhaus war auf einem schönen und grossem Grundstück mit Pool. Leider gab es beim Haus ein paar kleine Mängel die für den Preis sicherlich behoben werden sollten. Das gleiche zählt auch bei der Sauberkeit . Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich.
