Walkable to Dunkin, CVS, Stop and Shop, and more (Cotuit Liquors, Pizza Wave, Saga Fusion, Jake's Clambakes & Kitchen)

Also within walking distance is the nearby Eagle Pond and Little River Sanctuary with peaceful walking trails. The Cotuit Kettleers' home field is a mere three minutes away, with local pub Kettle Ho only two minutes from there.

Quick drive to Mashpee Commons, Hyannis, Centerville, and Osterville.
Cotuit Center for the Arts, Cahoon Museum of American Art, Polar Cave Ice Cream, and many local restaurants all minutes away.

Mary was a wonderful host! The house was so clean and tidy and really well supplied for our stay. Mary was quick to respond to the couple of questions we had. I'm so happy we had our Cape Cod stay here!
