Die Aussicht ist schön. Die Lage ist verkehrsgünstig und eigentlich recht ruhig. Das Bett war für meine Begriffe auch sehr bequem.Allerdings riecht es muffig in den Räumen. Im Badezimmer roch es noch schlimmer - die Holzmöbel schimmeln teilweise, die dunkle Wandfarbe in der Dusche blättert ab und bei langem duschen läuft irgendwo hinter einem Schrank Wasser aus, dass nach Gülle riecht.Der Boden im Bad und im Schlafzimmer ist nicht mehr so, wie auf den inserierten Bildern - im Schlafzimmer ist ein grober Steinboden und im Bad ein schwarzer ribbelboden.Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, jedoch tropft der Wasserhahn. Die „neue“ Essecke ist recht praktisch. (Auf den inserierten Bildern ist nur ein kleiner Tisch mit vier Stühlen zu sehen - nun befindet sich eine Essecke an der Stelle)Die Couch ist zum sitzen recht hart (wäre vermutlich zum Schlafen für mehrere Nächte unbequem).Das Fernsehen war auch teilweise eine Geduldsprobe, da der Empfang der Sender oft gestört war. Lokale Sender (ORF konnte man nur über das Smartphone anschauen, da diese Sender für die Ferienwohnung nicht freigegeben ist.)Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist. An dem Tag (unseren eigentlich letzten Tag vor Abreise) bekam ich eine E-Mail von der Vermieterin, dass wir den Gastzettel ausfüllen sollen und die Kurtaxe hinterlegen sollen. Wir waren 13 Tage da (14 gebucht) und in dieser Zeit wurde dies nicht mit uns persönlich kommuniziert, obwohl die Vermieterin im selben Gebäude wohnt.
Biomüll vom Vormieter. Müll hat bereits angefangen zu schimmeln.
Kühlschrank dreckig - mussten wir erstmal auswischen.

Bei unserem Aufenthalt war die Dusche undicht. Die Vermieterin hat uns Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt, um das auslaufende Wasser aufzuwischen. Das auslaufende roch modrig, was auf weitere Probleme im Bad schliessen lässt.Das gesamte Bad macht den Eindruck als wäre es von einer fachfremden Person erschaffen worden.

1 mal und nicht wieder

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war feucht, schimmel an wänden, matratzen waren auch feucht und es hat immer modrig gerochen. Die Sauberkeit könnte auch noch verbessert werden

Es wurde sichergestellt, dass kein Schimmel im Haus präsent ist es laut Feuchtigkeitsmessung keinen Unterschied zwischen außen und innen mehr gibt. Weiter wurde ein Luftentfeuchter angeschafft, da es an sehr regnerischen Tagen vorkommen kann, dass die Humidität höher ist. Wir versichern, dass unser lokales Team bei Meldung von Unzufriedenheit stets rasch reagiert und assistiert. Es würde uns freuen, wenn wir Sie erneut willkommen heißen dürfen.

hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit

Leider war in der gesamten Wohnung eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Selbst die Matratze und die Bettdecken waren klamm. Deshalb waren auch sehr viele Mücken in der Wohnung, da u.a. Fliegengitter gefehlt haben. Insgesamt roch es aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit modrig. Das Bad ist schwarz gestrichen sodass wir schimmel vermutet haben der verdeckt werden soll. Ansonsten war der Standort und die Aussicht top. Die Vermieterin super freundlich. Leider gab es nur zwei Dusch Handtücher.

Obwohl die Luftfeuchtigkeit aufgrund ungewöhnlich starker Regenfälle in den letzten Monaten etwas höher war, versichern wir nach gründlicher Kontrolle, dass kein Schimmel präsent ist. Das schwarze Badezimmerdesign wurde aufgrund des persönlichen Geschmacks unseres Ferienobjektbesitzers gewählt. Wir möchten Sie auch darüber informieren, dass pro Person ein Badetuch und ein Handtuch regulär zur Verfügung gestellt wird. und es tut uns leid, wenn dies nicht der Fall war. Bitte informieren Sie stets direkt vor Ort den Schlüsselhalter, wenn etwas unklar sein sollte oder wenn Probleme auftreten. Es würde uns freuen, Sie bald wieder als unsere Gäste begrüßen zu können.

Skifahren

Wir haben die Wohnung zum Skifahren genutzt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. (toller Kühl-/Gefrierschrank !) Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und entgegenkommend (verspätete Anreise war kein Problem). Die Lage ist prima und schön ruhig.
