Lage absolut perfekt, man blickt tatsächlich aufs Meer ! Matratzen und Bettzeug sind neu und gut, das Wohnzimmer ist aus den 70ern, Besteck und Porzellan auch, die Küche erfüllt Minimalanforderungen. Sauberkeit absolut top ! Ein bisschen in ein paar neue Möbel investieren würde den Gesamteindruck deutlich verbessern! Wohnzimmer-Jalousie ist defekt, entweder entsorgen und weglassen oder neu kaufen.

Ganz toll gelegene Ferienwohnung,wirklich 1a lage. Möbel im Wohnzimmer etwas altbackig aber sauber.Die Betten quitschen sehr,aber die Matratzen sind gut.Vom Wohnzimmerfenster Blick aufs Meer.

Die Lage ist mit der Nähe zum Strand und zur Innenstadt top! Preis-Leistung ist auch okay. Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber erfüllen ihren Zweck. Es ist sauber und das ist wichtig. Das Einzige, was im Winter nicht sehr angenehm war, dass es durch die Fenster sehr gezogen hat und es abends trotz Heizung ziemlich frisch war. Trotzdem würde ich die Wohnung weiter empfehlen, weil die Lage einfach klasse ist.
