Towering pine trees, cool mountain air, and a private two-acre setting create the kind of summer escape where mornings start slowly on the wraparound deck and evenings end soaking beneath the stars in the hot tub. Tucked away in a peaceful wooded setting near downtown Big Bear Lake, Hidden Bridge Cabin combines the feeling of a secluded mountain retreat with easy access to the lake, hiking trails, the Village, and summer activities around town.
Inside, the cabin offers over 2,300 square feet of comfortable living space designed for gathering and relaxing after a day outdoors. Large windows bring in natural light and forest views while the spacious open living area creates plenty of room for families and groups to spread out. The wood-burning fireplace anchors the main living room, making it the perfect place to unwind after an evening walk through the pines or a day spent on the lake.
The oversized kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts before heading out on the trails to family dinners enjoyed around the dining table. With ample counter space, modern appliances, a drip coffee maker, cookware, BBQ utensils, and deck access, the kitchen flows naturally into the indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.
Sleeping Arrangements The home comfortably accommodates families and groups with four spacious bedrooms and multiple sleeping configurations. The primary suite features a king bed and private bathroom, while the additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for both adults and children. A twin-over-full bunk setup adds flexibility for larger groups or younger guests. Three full bathrooms help make mornings and evenings easy for everyone.
Outdoor Living Summer days here are all about enjoying the property’s private outdoor space. The expansive wraparound deck offers outdoor seating, dining space, and a propane BBQ surrounded by tall pines and fresh mountain air. After a day at Big Bear Lake, hiking, or exploring the Village, relax in the hot tub tucked into the peaceful wooded setting.
The large private lot also offers open areas for kids to play and space to enjoy the quiet surroundings. In the winter months, the hills on the property become a perfect sledding spot, while summer brings cool evenings, forest breezes, and room to reconnect outdoors.

Hidden Bridge Cabin offers the balance guests look for in Big Bear - peaceful wooded privacy with convenient access to the lake, restaurants, shops, and year-round mountain activities.
Maximum occupancy is 11 guests at all times. Please ensure the total number of guests on the reservation matches the number staying at the property.
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Please park only on paved areas and to the left side of the garage. Street parking is not permitted.
This home is not pet-friendly. No pets or animals are permitted on the property.
The home is located on a wooded mountain lot with natural terrain and uneven outdoor areas. Guests should use caution when exploring the property, especially at night or during winter weather.
During summer months, Big Bear Lake offers boating, hiking, mountain biking, ziplining, and outdoor dining nearby. In winter, the property’s hills are great for sledding after snowfall.
The home features a wood-burning fireplace. Firewood and fire restrictions may vary seasonally depending on local fire conditions. Please remember these rules are mandated and imposed solely by the CITY and our PERMIT/ORDINANCE which requires property management companies to notify all guests that the CITY requires you to sign a rental agreement and the Good Neighbor Brochure to obtain the code to the property as well as provide a copy in the rental agreement app a copy of Governmental ID that matches the name on the reservation. Please notate these and all rules regarding spa hours, trash removal, noise and dishes being washed are due to our permit and not our rules so please keep this in mind before booking as some guests rate us based on rules we must abide by to rent. We appreciate that they are unique rules please do not review us based on the reviews we need to follow, we appreciate it. The code cannot be sent until this agreement is filled out.
(1) Maximum vehicles and guest occupancy permitted is described in the listing. Any violation is subject to eviction and/or cancellation of your stay. If you need additional parking, please contact us directly.
(2) Big Bear Lake does not allow street parking; they will tow any vehicles parked on the street and any towing fees or fines issued are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
(3) Excessive noise or loud music heard at the property line is prohibited by the CITY for the consideration of the local residents. The CITY enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported. There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call for our team to show up as we are required to attend such code call within 30 minus, plus $100 per hour of our time spent for the violation. This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5000 per violation.
(4) Dishes - All dishes must be cleaned before leaving and the house must be left in the same condition that you found it in. Any dirty dishes left in the kitchen are subject to a $45 fee- our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law this includes leaving dishes with food on them or left in the home. It also attracts vermin. Please note this is part of our permit and not included in cleaning the home after guests leave.
(5) Trash - All trash must be removed offsite to the free trash sites. Any bags or trash left behind in the bathroom, kitchen (including leaving behind items in the fridge, or outside is subject to a $25 per bag for removal this is not our rule - this is the law and we must abide by it as there is no trash service due to wild animals. Please do not review us based on the law. We provide a dump service if you should want to pay in advance, but we have to send a dump service we cannot have housekeepers take the trash as the CITY does not allow this.
(6) Barbecue- Propane is offered on the honor system on any firepit or BBQ. Please do not leave the firepit or BBQ on unattended. Please clean the BBQ after use. If by chance the propane runs out, please let us know and we will send someone to replace it. Please make sure all propane is turned off after use. Big Bear does not allow the use of charcoal of lighter fluid. Please be advised if you run out of propane and it is after hours we cannot promise after hours refills late at night as the stores may not be open.
(7) Pet- The home is strictly not pet friendly as the owners have severe allergies. Any violation is subject to eviction and a $3500 fine plus damages to the home will be charged.
(8) Hot Tub – No hot tub use after 10pm per the law any time a spa is left open and the cover off more than 30 mins a fine of $250 per hour will be due plus damages to the spa as this can result in pipes freezing - if a user error or maintenance is found or if we have to dump and fill water prior to your stay due to cleanliness requirements - we cannot be held liable nor grant refunds for a spa not being at the temperature desired or if left uncovered - if we have to dump the water it can take 24 hours for it to warm up. This is out of our control as sometimes the water has to be dumped and can take 24 hours to warm up. This will not be grounds for a refund.
(9) Parties or noise ordinance calls – any parties, events, unauthorized guests or noise complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction.
(10) No over occupancy - $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages plus immediate eviction and subject to code call fines.
(11) No smoking, vaping or drugs inside our cabins at any time. Any evidence of violation is grounds for immediate eviction from the cabin and a $3500 plus damages found at the home.
(12) Please refrain from bringing your own BBQs, Firepits and or outside cooking devices are banned by the CITY due to the fire safety hazards. This is subject to eviction due to this is how fires start.
(13) The Mountain community area does not have air conditioning, and the availability of fans may vary depending on the property description. High temperatures or heat will not be grounds for a refund, as many cabins do not include air conditioning unless specifically stated.
(14) Due to the mountain location, Big Bear and the surrounding areas are known to have occasional power and internet outages due to circumstances beyond our control. Power outages are usually brief, lasting a few hours or less and the city always tries to work quickly to get it back up and running. There are no refunds at anytime for power or internet outages due to normal mountain conditions, as these are beyond our control.
