The Space:

Welcome to your relaxing Hilton Head getaway. Located inside Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort, this spacious third-floor villa offers a peaceful setting surrounded by wooded and lagoon views while still being just a 5 min. walk from the beach, pool and Jamaica Joe'z Beach Bar. The quiet location makes it easy to unwind after a day exploring the island.



Inside, the villa has been thoughtfully updated with all new furniture and refreshed bathrooms to create a comfortable and inviting stay. The open living space is perfect for gathering after a beach day, and the private porch is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or take in the beautiful Hilton Head sunsets in the evening.



A bonus guests love is the closet full of beach supplies including a beach tent, 4 chairs, umbrella, and small beach toys, making beach days easy and convenient for families and groups. A pack and play is also provided for families traveling with infants or toddlers.

Great little condo for the price. Had lots of kitchen essentials if you choose to cook even though we did not. Had a few issues with the tub facet knobs and the larger bed in spare room needs a new mattress and I think it’s a full not a queen. The rental company is aware of issues and said they would look into them. They were very responsive during our stay and great rental company to deal with. We enjoyed our stay.

The floor plan was great, the. accomdations was good. We were 4 adults and a 22onth old. They did provide a pack and play which was great since it was one less item to bring with, us. We were disappointed because the unit listed a beach tent and there wasn't one. it was listed oceanfront pool and it was not we were disappointed because the AC had to be kept 75 during the incredible 7 day heat wave .

I’ll start with the pros:The unit was clean and comfy. The beds were comfy. There were plenty of towels, wash cloths and hand towels. There were plenty of utensils and kitchen related items to cook a meal. There are two stand alone bedrooms and bathrooms…not bunks in the hall, but an actual bedroom. The property has s sports bar and very small coffee shop/pizza shop within walking distance. The pool is very large. There are beach chairs and an umbrella plus a beach wagon in the closet which was very convenient!Cons:it is NOT a 5 minute walk to the beach from this particular unit. My very fit daughter walked it at steady pace in 8…with beach chairs and a cooler- it’s much closer to a 10 minute walk. The check in process was delayed because Dwell did not send the necessary confirmation for the parking pass to be processed. 2 phones calls and several messages, and we finally got one pass. Had to pay another 35 for a 2nd pass for my daughter’s car. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there are zero elevators, so pack lightly. There are no beach towels. There is not a washer/dryer inside the unit. The unit is small- and i wouldn’t want to stay for more than a few nights- because it’s crowded. The location in relation to things to do on the island is not great. South Beach, Harbor Town, Coligny are all a good 20 minute drive at least. We enjoyed our stay and made the best of it, but I highly doubt I’d return to this property.
