We had a wonderful the proximity of all Durango has to offer masses our stay more no driving no parking. Awesome! Apartment was clean well equipped and cozy. We even watched the polar express pass by!

This is an updated apartment within a historic building in the bear of Durango. The location is perfect for getting around town and the place was recently renovated. The bed was very comfy and so appreciated after long, active days!

Fantastic stay!

This is the perfect location for a couple .... walking distance to everything in town, parking across the street. And the condo was well furnished with a comfortable bed. We will definitely stay again!
