Seepark Appartement 2

This sunny, cosy 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the 1st floor, just a few steps from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The spacious southwest-facing balcony opens off the living room. The living-dining area is equipped with a comfortable sleeper sofa, cable TV, DVD player, CD player, a dining area for 3 people, and a kitchenette with a dishwasher. From the separate bedroom, which features a double bed (2x80x200 cm) and a second TV, you can enjoy the lake view from the balcony. Shower room/toilet. Wi-Fi included
A beach chair is included for the 2026 season (Beach Section 11, Bade) from May 15 to September 15. Additionally, a beach chair is available for guests on the balcony. Parking space included. No pets! Non-smoking apartment.

Complex:

This beautiful residential complex is located right on the beach. Only Bäderstraße separates the complex from direct beach access. A pedestrian bridge leads safely there. Anyone holidaying here will feel right at home and find pure relaxation. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the newly redesigned beach promenade with activity zones, relaxation areas, restaurants, and the fine-sand beach with beach chairs. One parking space is available.

Alles hat gut geklappt. Auf unsere Anfragen wurde schnell und freundlich reagiert. Die Schlüsselübergaben wurden schnell und freundlich durchgeührt. Wir würden sicherlich gerne wieder über Ostsseapartements buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonder die zwei Balkone fanden wir klasse.

Wir haben mal nicht über das Internet gebucht sondern vor Ort und waren mit dem Service sehr zufrieden. Es hat alles bestens geklappt. Die Zugabe des Strandkorbes zur Ferienwohnung fanden wir super. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die Küche über sehr viel Geschirr verfügt. Daher kann man den Geschirrspüler voll beladen und vermeidet so unnötige Spülgänge.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang im Büro der Ostseeappartements. Fragen wurden freundlich und kompetent beantwortet. Schlüsselübergabe verlief völlig problemlos! Von uns werden sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfohlen. Wir danken für 10 schöne Tage an der Ostsee und wünschen für die Zukunft alles Gute :) Das Appartement liegt mit der Schlafraumseite an einer stark befahrenden Bundesstrasse (B76). Dieser Umstand sollter faireweise besser und deutlicher kommuniziert werden. Es war uns nicht möglich, nachts bei offenen Fenster zu schlafen.
