The open-concept living and kitchen area features a sleeper sofa (140 x 180 cm) and entertainment options including a flat-screen TV and a stereo system.
The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher.
From this area, you can step out onto the beautiful southwest-facing terrace. You can spend many cosy hours here.
Off the hallway are the bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm, separate mattresses) and the shower room.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building.
From May 1 through September 15, 2026, a beach chair is available to you free of charge.

A parking space is reserved for you.

A quiet holiday complex near the beach: On the quiet residential street, you’ll find modern 2-room apartments ranging from 45 to 55 m² for 2–4 people. Of course, part of the comfort is either a lovely terrace or a balcony that invites you to sunbathe.

In the basement, a shared coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for your use. A parking space is, of course, reserved for you.

The fine sandy beach is just 250 metres away. The nearest bakery is a 5-minute walk away. Additional shopping options and the town centre are about a 10–15-minute walk away. Timmendorfer Strand invites you to enjoy exclusive shopping or to linger in its many lovely cafés and restaurants.

A trip to the old Hanseatic city of Lübeck is worthwhile any time of year. The Old Town is characterised by its 12th-century city layout, and with a total of 210 bridges, Lübeck is often referred to as “Little Venice.” A stroll through the narrow alleys and passageways is truly picturesque.
