The kitchen area is equipped with high-quality brand-name built-in appliances (dishwasher, microwave, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, and refrigerator with freezer compartment) and features a cosy dining area.<br><br>From the living room, you can step out onto the south-facing balcony, which is furnished with exclusive patio furniture made of durable, weather-resistant synthetic wicker.<br><br>A high-quality bedroom with a double bed, digital radio, a high-quality built-in closet, and a TV round out the living comfort.<br><br>In the shower room, you’ll be treated to a full-glass shower, a custom-built vanity, a soft-close toilet, and a built-in digital radio. <br><br>Parking spaces for cars and bicycles are available for your use.
