A private outdoor parking space is available. There is a private, free Wi-Fi connection. When the fold-down bed is in use, access to the terrace is only possible from the outside and not from the inside through the terrace door.<br><br>Balcony/Terrace<br>On the terrace, our guests can sit back in two high-backed chairs and enjoy the view of the marina.
