Herbst 2025

Tolle Unterkunft. Gepflegte Anlage. Herrlicher Ausblick und sehr gute Ausstattung. Allerdings für Strandurlaub ist Denia ungeeignet da meterhoch das stinkende Seegras am Strand liegt, dass sogar Strandspaziergänge kein Genuss sind. Durch das Seegras ist das Meerwasser teilweise schwarz. Wir können diesen Ort NICHT empfehlen wenn man Strandurlaub machen möchte. Die Bilder im Internet mit glasklaren Wasser sind älter, da die Strände seit geraumer Zeit nicht mehr gesäubert wurden. Sehr schade!

Vacaciones de lujo

Conocemos esta urbanización desde hace años y nos encanta. Los jardines están muy consolidados, es tranquila, la salida directa a la playa un lujo, y el apartamento grande y confortable, gracias a la semi reforma realizada. Volveremos seguro!

Lieu parfait pour la famille

Sejour parfait. L'appartement est très propre et bien pour une famille de 4 personnes. Très calme en journée comme le soir. La piscine est adaptée pour mes enfants. La plage est vraiment au pied de la residence. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr si le prix n'augmente pas. (Le prix de la semaine un peu élevé reste le seul petit bémol)
