The “Apartmenthaus Atlantik” apartment complex features holiday apartments in a prime location on the Baltic Sea. The Upstalsboom 3-room apartment, kbat314, is located directly on the beach and offers 4 guests a high level of comfort in its 53 square metres of living space. The apartment’s balcony offers a side view of the Baltic Sea.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor—in the northeast section of the complex.

Amenities
The tiled corner apartment consists of two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—and a living-dining area with a balcony offering a side view of the sea.
The holiday rental includes a fully equipped open kitchen with an induction stove, an oven with a built-in microwave, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and a dishwasher, as well as a hair dryer, a TV/stereo system, a 43-inch TV, an internet radio, and a storage room. We can provide a high chair and a cot, which can be set up in the children’s room, for a fee and upon request.
New bathroom/new kitchen/new solid wood furniture in the bedroom

In the first quarter of 2026, several significant improvements were made to this apartment. The bathroom and kitchen have been completely renovated, so you can now enjoy modern, high-quality amenities. In addition, new solid-wood furniture was installed in the bedroom, which not only ensures comfort but also creates a pleasant atmosphere

This non-smoking holiday rental is allergy-friendly and therefore does not allow pets.
You can rent dressing gowns for a fee upon request at our service office. Additionally, free Wi-Fi access is available, as well as a single parking space for your car in the underground garage (with a maximum vehicle height of 2.00 m) for a fee.
The “Apartmenthaus Atlantik” complex features an lift, a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, and a lockable storage room for bicycles.

As a precaution, special filters and showerheads have therefore been installed in the apartments.
