Located in the greenery, the house with about 2000 square meters of land (which is completely fenced: so dog-friendly) offers a wonderful ambience for individualists seeking relaxation. Bathing possibilities: Rock, pebble or sandy beaches in close proximity (reachable in 5 to maximum 15 minutes by car). Shopping facilities and small trattorias in close proximity.


Special features: Breathtaking sunsets in the sea can be observed from the terrace.
Elba is a paradise for mountain bikers, also a Vespa ride around the island is an experience,
both can be rented. The road around the island, in excellent condition, is suitable for wonderful explorations.
The west coast of Elba is still largely "spared" from tourism,
the sea has accordingly crystal clear water and many places where you are alone and undisturbed.
Shopping facilities and ristorantes, pizzerias and trattorias are in close proximity - 5 minutes away by car.
There are small corner shops in all villages but also modern supermarkets for all needs.
The heating fee in the winter months (from October to March) is
25 Euro per day.

Beautiful Stay in Elba

Stayed here with friends for a getaway in May, and we were very pleased with the villa. It was easy to find with detailed directions from the owner (even with us arriving late at night). The location is about an hour drive from Portoferraio. I would recommend having a car if staying here. There are small towns close to the accommodation, with some great restaurants too, less than 10mins drive. Fetovaia beach is less than 20mins drive, and you are spoilt for choice with many beautiful beaches nearby. The villa was very clean, with towels provided, and it had all the amenities we needed. Thank you for a beautiful and relaxing stay in Elba!

Hervorragend

Wunderschönes Haus mit einem sensationellen Ausblick. Bei guten Wetter kann man Korsika sehen. Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Elba 2024

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub auf Elba. Das Haus ist wirklich toll und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Meerblick ist einfach unbeschreiblich. Die Kommunikation mir Siegrun war super aber eigentlich auch gar nicht notwendig, da im Haus alles super erklärt war und keine Fragen offen geblieben sind. Wir kommen sicher einmal wieder. Un hâvre de paix

Cet endroit est un vrai paradis. La maison est magnifique et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Quel bonheur de voir les couchers de soleil qui sont à couper le souffle! La propriétaire a pris le soin de nous appeler pour savoir si tout allait bien et nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa bienveillance. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter!!

Wohlfühloase

Perfekt! Das Haus ist schön und ruhig gelegen. Geniel ist, für Hundebesitzer, der sicher & komplett eingezäunte Garten! Der absolute Traum für uns war der Blick aufs Meer, mit den traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen: Jeden Tag ein spektakuläres Kino. Egal, ob jemand aktiv sein oder einfach nur entspannen möchte, es ist eine absolute Wohlfühloase!

Traumhafte Ausblicke auf Korsika und Sonnenuntergänge

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Wir waren mit Hund vor Ort. Direkt vor Ort kann man nicht großartig spazieren gehen, aber es gibt einen eingezäunten Garten. Die Insel Elba und die Einwohner sind sehr hundefreunlich. Wir haben vor allem die Abende auf dem Balkon genossen die Aussicht ist wirklich phänomenal. Der Kontakt zu Frau Risalti war super, vielen Dank nochmal für alles. Liebe Grüße

Posizione da favola

Bellissima vacanza a Villa tramonto, panorama mozzafiato, villetta pulita, comoda e organizzata. Spiagge raggiungibili in poco tempo, consigliate: la spiaggia del relitto a Pomonte, Chiessi, Sant’Andrea con Cotoncello, Barabaca. Zona dell’Elba per chi ama la tranquillità.

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem wahrhaft hervorragend ausgestatteten Haus! Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen, man kann wirklich sofort mit dem Urlaub beginnen und muss nicht erst losgehen, um eine Grundausstattung zu kaufen. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sind sehr sauber. Die Küche ist mehr als komplett ausgestattet, so dass Kochen eine Freude ist. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, so dass unsere Hunde sich ganz frei bewegen konnten und der Blick von der Terrasse ein Traum. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war hervorragend und unkompliziert. Wir danken für zwei schöne Wochen!

La casa è bellissima, in una posizione incantevole. La vicinanza delle altre case non si percepisce perché ha molta privacy. Giardino bellissimo e sicuro per i miei due cani, posizione sempre arieggiata. La casa più pulita e curata nei dettagli che abbiamo mai trovato all'isola d'Elba, non mancava nulla. Forse un pò lontana dalle spiagge ma vale la pena fare 10' di auto per rientrare in una simile situazione. Il tramonto lascia senza fiato. Grazie per la gentilezza della proprietaria, siamo stati proprio bene

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, es ist genauso wie in der Beschreibung. Es hat eine tolle Terrasse von wo man sehr schöne Sonnenuntergänge betrachten kann. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Der Garten ist eingezäuntes, so dass Hunde frei herum laufen können. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto auch um mit dem Hund laufen zu können. Ich würde das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Ruhige Panorama-Lage außerhalb einer Ortschaft

Wir (Ehepaar mit kleinem Hund) hatten uns nach ausführlicher Suche für diese Ferienhaus entschieden. Die Bilder sind sehr gelungen und entsprechen auch der Realität. Fast alles ist bereits in den zahlreichen positiven Bewertungen erwähnt oder steht in der ausführlichen Beschreibung der sehr netten Vermieterin, sie kümmert sich wirklich intensiv um ihre Gäste, nach der Anreise wurden wir nochmals gefragt ob alles i. O. sei - ein Dank dafür, dies ist nur bei wenigen Vermietern so der Fall. Einziger Kritikpunkt (weil auch nirgend beschrieben): Zufahrt und Parksituation, ein Parkplatz am Haus ist nicht verfügbar, bei 2000 m² Grundstück gingen wir allerdings davon aus. Die Zufahrt zum Haus (letzten 200 m) sind ausgelegt für Fiat 500 & Co - leider kamen wir mit einem D-SUV, dazu voll beladen aus Montalcino ;-) Wir sagen DANKE für eine schöne Woche.

Mooie villa op rustige locatie

Mooi ingericht huis dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Goed contact met de eigenaresse via whatsapp. Ook bereikbaar voor tips zoals goede restaurants en fijne stranden. De villa ligt aan de westkant van het eiland dat omschreven kan worden als het rustige deel van Elba. Stranden zijn bereikbaar met de auto, gratis parkeren mogelijk wanneer je vroeg richting het strand gaat.

Villa con vista favolosa

La villa è in ottima posizione panoramica, con bellissima vista su Capraia e sulla Corsica. La terrazza permette di fare colazione ammirando il mare, e ancor meglio di cenare alla luce di magnifici tramonti. È sita in mezzo alla natura, sui pendii della montagna, e permette di godere di tranquillità e riservatezza. Lo stato è ottimo, con finiture di alto livello, mobili moderni e ogni comodità in dotazione (a disposizione anche un grill Weber, per inciso). Il giardino è molto curato, ideale per chi viaggia con animali al seguito, e dove volendo si può prendere il sole senza essere disturbati. La villa è accessibile solo in auto, con possibilità di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze; auto tra l'altro necessaria per potersi muovere nei dintorni (Fetovaia, Sant'Andrea e Cavoli le spiagge più vicine). Vale il prezzo pagato. Consigliatissima, anche per la gentilezza del proprietario, disponibile a rispondere con sollecitudine a qualsiasi richiesta (mi raccomando, fatevi dare le indicazioni stradali precise, altrimenti la prima volta potrebbe non essere facile trovarla).

Cielo e Mare

Grande cortesia dei proprietari, casa fornita di ogni comfort e completa in ogni dettaglio, molto ben arredata, vista spettacolare, quiete. Fantastica per chi in due cerca la pace. Distante un’ora di auto dai centri Elbani. Per chi pensa di occuparla al pieno della ricettività tener presente che vi è un solo bagno.

1 Woche an der Westküste auf Elba

Toll, die Lage und der Blick aufs Meer und auf Korsika. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Die Unterstützung und die Kommunikation durch die Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend. Siegrun, ich habe einen Stern für den Check-In reduziert (Dario mit dem kanariengelben Toyota und der Schlüssel). Na ja, aber wir haben das zusammen doch gut gelöst, oder? Ich würde das Haus jederzeit wieder an Freunde und andere empfehlen. Super.

Maison qui porte parfaitement son nom

Maison décorée avec goût sans fausse note. Literie très bien. Équipement de la cuisine très bien il y a tout . Le seul petit bémol est qu'il n'y est qu'une seule salle de bain et qu'un seul wc....pour 5 personnes cela devient un problème. Un peu loin de tout , 1heure de route avant le 1er supermarché mais cela est Elba! Sinon lieu juste magique.

Villa Tramonto 29 jun - 6 jul 2019

We spent a wonderful week in Villa Tramonto. The surroundings of the house are very peaceful. The view from the terrass is beautiful, overlooking the sea and the sunset at night. The house is well equipped and the furnishings makes it both luxurious and cozy. We’ve visited this part of Elba before, the coastline is spectacular. You need a car to get here, and to all the nice beaches not far from the house, e.g. Fetovaia, Cavoli or St.Andrea. The hosts, Siegrun and family, are considerate and kept in touch via Whatsapp to make sure we had everything we needed.
