The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used towels in the laundry basket in the garage.
Please clean up and dispose of all pet waste.
Return garage door openers.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Trash day is Wednesday morning. Please take garbage bins to street Tuesday night. A/C temperature is limited to a range of 68-80 degrees Fahrenheit.
No drugs or firearms. No large events or gatherings. No food or drinks in the pool. No dogs in the pool. Pool heater off May-Sept.
All gear, including kayaks, fishing tackle, loungers, and bikes, must be cleaned of debris and returned to their original storage locations.
